Document Scanning
Are you losing the battle with your current filing system? ETV Software provides extensive support for the conversion of paper records to digital files, including preparation, scanning, indexing, and formatting. We also can take care of storing your documents with our File/Data archiving service.
We can scan all types of files including letter, legal, and ledger sizes. We will process the files into digital formats using Intelligent Data Entry. Your files can be saved in multiple formats depending on your preference. The documents can be in read only, searchable, and even in editable formats! The choice is up to you! File types include: PDF, TIF, RTF, TXT, DOC, XLS, PPT, and TIF.
If you do not want to use our File/Data archiving services. There are multiple ways to store your scanned documents digitally. We can put them on an external USB, Firewire, eSATA hard drive, DVD, Blu-ray disc, Compact Disc, or DLT Tape.
Digital document imaging involves a complex combination of skills including speed, manual dexterity, meticulous attention to detail, cleanliness, and document controls.
Log Scanning
ETV has the ability to take your printed log files, scan them using our Neuralog scanners, and make them available to you in TIF format. Please contact us to learn more about log scanning and archiving solutions.
Document Destruction
ETV has the abilities to safely and securely destroy any and all documents your company may have. Document pickup can be easily arranged at your location or you can deliver the documents to us. We also offer secure bins where you can place your documents in need of destruction. On an as needed basis, we will empty these bins.
File/Data Archiving Solution
ETV Software's File & Data Archive Solutions allow you to save and store your files on a variety of storage devices and media types. These media types include, USB/Firewire/eSATA External Harddrives, BluRay Discs, DVD's, CD's, and last but not least ETV iArchive Web-based Data Archiving Software.
