ETV Software, Inc. began January 2008 and is providing service to all Web Fox Studio clients. Our employees possess a unique blend of experiences that contribute to the success of the company. Here is a brief history and timeline that brings us to the present:
1999
In 1999, we started offering mass hosting services. By the end of 2001 WINNTHosting.com had grown to become a worldwide vendor of Windows hosting services. It was providing hosting service to customers in over eleven different countries spanning five different continents. We had achieved success in the competitive virtual hosting market! In the same year, we realized that we had primarily become a "hosting company" rather than a full service development firm. This was not where we wanted to be as a company; therefore, when we were approached by a larger Virginia based Internet Service Provider about merging our Hosting Division into their own infrastructure we thought this was a good idea. It accomplished two goals: first, it gave us the ability to dedicate ourselves back to our core business model, and second, our customers would continue to receive the same great service and products they were accustomed to.
2001
After leaving the mass hosting business, Web Fox Studio continued to provide web based services to a wide variety of small, medium and large businesses for the next several years. We worked with many types of businesses, but the majority of our expertise is in developing software, websites, and web application within the automotive industry and the oil & gas/energy sectors. In 2007, we found ourselves in a similar situation as we did in 2001. We needed to further specialize within our core business model. To do this, we decided to rename our company to demonstrate our specialization within software application and supportive services.
2008
In 2008, ETV Software was born. After working in such diverse areas of technology and business application, we officially renamed our company. We have also added a few new key team members and focus primarily on a highly specialized group of services and products. Please feel free to contact us with any questions and comments.
2010
In October 2010 ETV Software aquired Seven Point Interactive, a web development firm founded in 2000. With this aquisition brings a stronger talent for e-business for our customers.
